Philipp Gnatzy

Philipp Gnatzy is a partner in Kirkland’s Antitrust & Competition Team, spanning the offices in London and Brussel. With a practice that encompasses merger control, antitrust and foreign investment control for large international transactions, he has been in touch with almost all active FDI regimes in addition to his particular focus on EU, UK, German, Chinese and Middle Eastern competition regulations.

He is experienced in counselling clients who are active in numerous sectors and industries, such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, defence, insurance, and software.

Philipp is qualified in England and Wales as well as being registered with the bars in Germany and Belgium.
