Marcelo Sequeira de Sousa specializes in all aspects of European and Portuguese antitrust and competition law. He advises clients in proceedings before the European Commission and European courts, in international investigations and merger transactions, as well as in compliance matters. Marcelo also provides advice on ESG-related European regulatory and compliance matters, especially regarding international trade matters with Latin America. Marcelo is admitted to the Bar in Portugal.
