Johannes Tropper

Johannes is a Postdoctoral Researcher & Lecturer at the Department of European, International and Comparative Law of the University of Vienna. He studied law and political science and holds a PhD in international law. He previously worked as a project research assistant for a project on rule of law and investment law, a predoctoral researcher and lecturer, and a law clerk at an Austrian court. He has been an associate editor for Oxford Reports on International Law in Domestic Courts. His research focuses on international dispute settlement, in particular investor-state arbitration, international investment law and unilateral acts in international law.
