Isha Das

Isha Das is a PhD Candidate at the University of Passau. She is a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at the Lehrtstuhl of Professor Dr. Christoph Herrmann (LL.M) at the Lehrstuhl für Staats- und Verwaltungsrecht, Europarecht, Europäisches und Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht and her PhD is also funded by the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes. Prior to her time in Passau, Isha has worked at the Trade and Environment Division of the World Trade Organization. While she developed a deep interest in WTO law during her undergraduate in law, she attributes her specific interest in the interaction of WTO law and International Environmental law to her time at the WTO. Her interests lie in the interaction of WTO law, International Environmental law and issues confronted by developing and least developed countries in this regard.
