Eish Taneja
Eish Taneja is currently professor of Law for International Business & Corporate Securities Law in Lal Baldur Institute of Management based in New Delhi. He teaches and researches in the areas of international economic law, esp. international investment law, Indian laws. He is also faculty at the University of GDGU and also faculty at NDIM, New Delhi.
He is senior fellow at the Institute of charted Accountants of India . He is also a certified public accountant at Colorado. He is lawyer by Profession.
Furthermore, he has advised, inter alia, Indian governments on Trade policies through education of Indian Civil servant which are multiple. He has served the Indian Institute of Charted Accountants on its panel of “Accounting standard board of India.” He has exposure in Arbitration in MCA (Govt of India), also Certificate in valuation and Treasury management (ICAI, DISA (ICAI)) and finally authored a Book in 2017 on Ind AS. Delivered lecture in Bahrain, attended by the Minister of Tourism & Industry of Bahrain on GCC summit -2016 representing India from ICAI. Delivered couple of Lectures at Nepal to Bankers and practicing official’s / Govt of Nepal officers on Nepal financial standards. Have trained Board of Directors and very Senior officials of Delhi Metro on ERM (enterprise risk management) implementation at company.
Have Trained Board and senior officials of various public sectors like – IRCTC , THDC, NEEPCO, CWC, Dedicated Freight Corridor, Luck now Metro to name a few.
Have been taking classes at various levels – IAS qualified, MBA’s , CA’s , CS and CMA, students at various levels since 2011 onwards.
