Anh Nguyen
Anh Nguyen is a PhD researcher in the Law and Governance of Quantum Technologies research group within the Institute for Information Law at the University of Amsterdam. Her PhD delves into how legal dynamics driven by different state-industry-science configurations will play out in the governance of quantum technology innovation value chains. Anh’s broader research interests include the governance of emerging technologies, innovation, and technological/economic competition, specifically at the intersection of international law and geoeconomics. She completed her LL.M in Public International Law at Leiden University, where she worked as a research assistant at the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies.
