New Research Funding to CELIS Institute by Riksbankens Jubileumsfond (The Bank of Sweden Tercentenary Foundation)

Today, on 28 February 2022, the CELIS Institute’s Co-Directors Steffen Hindelang and J. Hillebrand Pohl are extremely delighted to announce that their joint interdisciplinary research project “The Emerging Law of Investment Control in Europe: Screening, Sanctions and Subsidies” has been awarded a very generous financial contribution by Riksbankens Jubileumsfond for the purpose of organising an international conference to discuss the preliminary findings of the research. That conference is the CELIS Forum on Investment Screening, which will take place at Uppsala University on 1-3 June 2022.

Riksbankens Jubileumsfond (The Bank of Sweden Tercentenary Foundation) is a Swedish foundation which awards grants to individuals and research groups for research projects in science, the humanities, social sciences, medical research, technology, and law. It was created to celebrate the Bank of Sweden’s 300th anniversary in 1968. The Riksbankens Jubileumsfond is a member of the Network of European Foundations for Innovative Cooperation (NEF).
